The Silt Sock is an environmentally friendly erosion and sediment control product designed for use on construction sites, landscaping projects, and areas prone to water runoff. Made from a durable mesh filled with natural wood chips, it allows water to pass through while trapping sediment, preventing it from polluting nearby waterways. Unlike traditional silt fences, Silt Socks are easy to install, don’t require trenching, and conform to uneven ground, reducing the chance of water bypassing the barrier. They’re reusable, biodegradable, and a more sustainable choice for managing erosion and protecting soil during heavy rains or site disturbance.
